This notice explains what personal information we collect about customers of Capri Mirfield, Capri Newmillerdam and Capri @ The Vine, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
Who we are
Capri Group is the name we use for three restaurants. Each restaurant is run by its own limited company, and that company is responsible for your booking and for any personal information it holds about you.

All three companies are registered in England and Wales. Restaurant addresses and phone numbers: (details to follow).
Privacy contact for all three restaurants: (details to follow).
The company that runs the restaurant you book with or visit is the controller of your information for that restaurant.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the date, time and size of your booking, and any notes you add. Notes can include allergies or dietary needs.
If you pay a deposit for a large party or private hire, we take payment over the phone. We do not keep your card details.
When you pay your bill, your order and payment are recorded on our till system (Lightspeed). Card payments are handled by our card payment provider, and we never see or keep your full card number.
When you visit, our CCTV records video images of people inside and around the restaurant. It does not record sound. See our CCTV policy.
If you use our free customer Wi-Fi, you accept our Wi-Fi terms on a sign in page. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. The Wi-Fi equipment records technical details about your device, such as its device identifier (MAC address), when it connected and how much data it used. See our Wi-Fi terms of use.
If you buy a gift voucher, make a complaint or contact us, we keep the details you give us.
